Creating a Floor Plan
A floor plan is going to be the most basic model for your home. Using a variety of ideas and concepts to incorporate into your home so as to be able to find and meet your needs. Try to locate someone who is able to help you to realize these dreams and to be able to create floor plans that you will be able to use in your home and will be able to be used by the builders. It has to be something that will be able to not only fit into the home, but something that will fit onto the property it is being built as well.
Sometimes the use of home plans is the perfect way to be able to see how you can incorporate all that you are looking for into the home you are looking to build. Looking at how others are able to get all of the home that they want out a minimal space. Maximizing what you have and being able to get all that you want in a little floor space. Use of a proper floor plan will allow you to be able to get all that you want in the space that you have available.

You may want to look at some ways to use shelving to give your rooms more livable space, especially shelving in closets or in bedrooms. Of course, you may need to customize your floor plan in order to get what you want.
It seems to me the only way you would have a problem with land space would be if you are building on a small lot. Then I could see where you would have problems. Otherwise, that shouldn’t be an issue.
Another option would be to maybe contact an architecture student. Sometimes you can find students that will do some designs as ways to build their portfolio or as a way to make a little extra money.
